I was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in 1982, and became a director in the law firm Wood Ruck Manukau Limited, where I remained for 24 years. In 2010, on the dissolution of Wood Ruck Manukau I joined Beattie Rickman Legal, thereafter establishing the firm Wiltshire Stone Lawyers Limited, operating both in Pakuranga and Manukau. I joined Rice Craig as a Consultant Solicitor in September 2018.
My expertise is in the area of Property and Commercial Law, Trusts, Succession Planning, Wills and Estates. I am a meticulous lawyer, caring about the people I represent and wanting to do the very best for them. I am very experienced and can suggest sensible practical solutions to enable clients to embark on safe and sensible courses of action.
I have always held a keen interest in sport, having played and coached both cricket and hockey, and have been involved in the administration of various clubs. At the weekends, when I get the chance, I can be found tending my kiwifruit and avocados and enjoying the life of an orchardist.
