2019 brought exciting changes to Rice Craig. We farewelled long-time Rice Craig resident Peter Clayton, who now enjoys life in the slow lane. With Peter’s departure, we are delighted to introduce Renee Dean as his energetic and proficient natural successor.
Renee was Peter’s right-hand woman for the last 3 years and many clients would have already experienced her professional work ethic. With a passion for property, Renee’s areas of expertise include conveyancing (buying and selling houses), property subdivisions, Powers of Attorney, Wills and Estates. Renee has a strong appreciation of clients' needs and expectations, together with a hands-on understanding of property law from a practical perspective.
Renee started her law career in 2007 where she worked in a small law firm in Morrinsville. She moved back to her hometown of Pukekohe in 2011 and lives there with her husband and two kids. She is no stranger to Papakura, having spent many years in the Massey Park swimming pool doing competitive swimming. Any free time she gets is spent having fun with her family and friends.
Renee is ably assisted by Linda Wilson who is a Legal Executive Fellow and Conveyancing Practitioner with many years of experience in property law.
Together, Renee and Linda make a dynamic team determined to provide clients with the best legal services.
