PATRICK O'HALLORAN

Solicitor - Rice Craig

Patrick commenced with Rice Craig in November 2009.  He holds a degree in Law together with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland.  He was admitted to the bar in 1994 and practices in the areas of Conveyancing, Trusts, Wills and Estates.

Patrick has experience in law, both in New Zealand and overseas.  Prior to coming to Rice Craig he worked in Jersey in the Channel Islands and in the Auckland offices of two large national law firms. 

Patrick has a wide range of experience including conveyancing, banking and finance, security enforcement, mortgagee sales, summary judgement, bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings and corporate law.

Patrick has lived in Papakura for many years.  He is married with a young family, attending local schools, and has participated in local and provincial sports teams,  He is pleased to be practising law in his local community and looks forward to continuing to serve Peter Clayton's former clients, and providing assistance to existing contacts and friends.
