HENRY HERMAN

Solicitor - Rice Craig

Henry was born and raised in Rarotonga, Cook Islands, before moving to Auckland to pursue tertiary studies.

He was admitted to the Bar in June 2005, having graduated from the University of Auckland with an LLB and a BSc.

Before joining Rice Craig in March 2010, Henry was employed by a large City law firm, working in their family law team.

Prior to studying law, Henry has always had an interest in family law, and he has now enjoyed over four years of family law practise, taking on the many challenges and opportunities that come with being in private practise.

He can provide advice on matters from child care arrangements through to relationship property issues.

He aims to achieve timely resolution of disputes through careful negotiation or, if necessary, effective litigation.

He is sensitive to the needs of clients, whilst providing a personal, yet professional service, to all parties involved in Family Court proceedings.

Outside of work, Henry has numerous sporting interests, but in recent years has most of all enjoyed working with various community agencies working with families in South Auckland.

He is married with a young family and is always looking forward to working with new people.
