Scott graduated from Auckland University with an honours degree in law and has been in practice for over 14 years, joining Rice Craig in 1994.

Scott has considerable community involvement. His long history of involve-
ment with commercial clients enables him to quickly gain an understanding of his clients' unique needs and produce effective, efficient results.

Primary Areas of Practice:

Scott's primary areas of practice are Commercial and Company law, Commercial Property and Domestic Conveyancing. Scott also has a significant involvement with Rice Craig's mortgage lending company Rice Craig Solicitors Nominee Company Limited which means he has a wealth of experience in both mortgage lending and acting for borrowers.
