Paul Borich graduated with a law degree from Auckland University in 1988.
He joined Rice Craig in 1987 and became a partner in 1996.

Paul is head of Rice Craig's Criminal and Civil Litigation section. His clients find him a most able and experienced advocate in these areas of practice.

Primary Areas of Practice:

Paul's primary areas of practice are Criminal and Civil Law specialising in Criminal, Traffic and Departmental Prosecutions. On a day-to-day basis he appears in the District Court for Criminal and Traffic Prosecutions with a particular emphasis on Drink Driving and Transport Law.

Paul also appears in the District Court and High Court specialising in the conduct of Jury Trials in relation to all serious crime including murder. He is approved to undertake all categories of legal aid work. Paul also regularly appears on appeals and conducts appeals to the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
